My Favorite Smoothie

When I need something fast, nutrient-packed, and not boring, this is the smoothie I reach for. It’s tangy, lightly sweet, and filled with protein, probiotics, and a little dose of self-care in a cup. Whether you’re starting your day, sneaking in lunch between bakes, or recovering from market madness, this smoothie delivers. I like my smoothies kind of sour, so feel free to add your favorite form of sugar to this one if needed.

Ingredients:

  • 1 container (about 4 - 8 oz) of yogurt (I love using Siggi’s strawberry or lemon)

  • 1 ½ cups frozen fruit (usually strawberries or blueberries for me!)

  • ¼ cup lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons Nutribiotic rice protein powder

  • Water (just enough to cover the top of the fruit in the blender)

  • Any daily vitamins or supplements (I toss in liquid or chewable forms)

Directions:

  1. Add yogurt, frozen fruit, lime juice, and rice protein powder to your blender.

  2. Pour in enough water to just cover the fruit.

  3. Add in any liquid or chewable vitamins you take (mine blend right in).

  4. Blend until smooth, creamy, and no frozen fruit chunks remain.

  5. Pour, sip, and feel at least 12% more alive.
