Easy Garlic Bread GF/Vegan/Top 9 Free
Sometimes you just need something warm, buttery, and covered in garlic. This is that recipe. It’s quick, uses pantry staples, and makes your kitchen smell like pure happiness.
Ingredients
1 cup soy-free butter or Earth Balance Original Buttery Spread, melted
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 baguette, sliced lengthwise (recipe here)
Instructions
Preheat your broiler and line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated garlic, oregano, and basil until fully combined.
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and slather on that glorious garlic butter mixture.
Place the baguette halves on the parchment-lined sheet pan and broil for 3–5 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown. (Keep an eye on it—garlic bread goes from perfection to “well done” real fast.)
Slice, serve warm, and bask in the buttery, garlicky joy.
💡 Make-Ahead Tip: Any leftover garlic butter can be stored in the fridge (I’m a fan of glass containers for fewer permanent smells) for up to a week. Just re-melt and spread on your next loaf.
